Reviews and Ratings
I chose this hotel for its affordable price and decent ratings while traveling between the Golden Gate Bridge and Sonoma County. The room was clean and comfortable, but it lacked essential amenities like a coffee-maker and microwave. The bathroom faucet was a little loose, but overall, it was a good place to rest after a long day. However, the lack of a complimentary breakfast was a letdown.
My stay was frustrating, starting with checking into a room that had a horrible smell and dirty fixtures. However, after switching to a newly remodeled room, it improved significantly. The staff's response to my issues with billing was disappointing, leaving a sour taste for future visits. It’s unfortunate because the better room was quite comfortable.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is super convenient, just off the freeway and close to a casino. The rooms were fairly spacious and clean, although they could really use some updates. Unfortunately, I did have some issues with noise from the freeway side. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay a bit more enjoyable even with the minor inconveniences.
This hotel offers decent value for a night's stay, especially if you’re just passing through. The staff, particularly Janet at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience more enjoyable. However, the amenities are quite basic, lacking things like a coffee maker and breakfast options. The room was clean, but the overall experience might not suit those looking for something more upscale.
I had a mixed experience at Goodnite Inn in Santa Rosa. The check-in process was friendly, and the staff, particularly Jannet and Paula, went out of their way to help me find good food and navigate the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay with my family. However, I was really let down by the Wi-Fi issues and the uncomfortable bed during my most recent visit, which ultimately led me to cut my trip short. Overall, there's great potential here, but some maintenance and service improvements are needed.
